Having recently completed her PhD in 2016 at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Kathleen’s research examines the use of online platforms to communicate, engage and recognise donors. Kathleen has worked within the non-profit and social change sector for over five years; employed as a sessional social marketing and consumer behaviour lecturer, tutor and researcher at QUT, and also as a research assistant within the Donor Research team at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.
